No personal correspondence will be initiated, as FoxTown does not collect any participant’s personal data. Winners must contact FoxTown at +41 848 828 888 or info@foxtown.ch to report their win. Prizes can be collected from December 3, 2025, to February 28, 2026, at FoxTown Management Offices (open Monday–Friday, 11:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.), by presenting the physical Golden Ticket and a valid ID.
